Coaching

Austhink staff are available to coach individuals or small teams in structured thinking, reasoning, and decision making.

Such coaching is aimed either at building general skills, or assisting the individual or team achieve a superior result on a particular task or project within a tight time frame.

Often such coaching is a follow-up to formal training sessions, and is included as part of a package. Coaching can be conducted at your premises, Austhink Consulting in Melbourne CBD, or remotely (using e.g. videoconferencing).

We are able to provide three levels of coaching:

  1. Remedial.  Assisting individuals overcome critical weaknesses in their cognitive skill sets.
  2. Performance.  Assisting individuals or teams achieve the best possible results in a particular task or project, or generally to lift their performance in their core activities.
  3. Elite.  Assisting people in positions of high responsibility or visibility, who are usually already very skilled, to maintain and extend their intellectual edge, or to achieve outstanding results on a particular task.
